I’m so excited to bring you another journey into the mysteries of Ancient Egypt.

This time, we will journey with Anubis – Guardian of the Sacred Threshold, protector and guide of the soul.

Anubis was not something to be feared. His energy represented protection, guidance and safe passage through times of transition and transformation.

During this deeply immersive guided meditation, we will journey into an ancient Egyptian temple where Anubis will meet us and guide us through a beautiful process of release and transformation.

At the heart of our journey will be the ancient symbolism of the Weighing of the Heart. ❤️🪶

What are you carrying that is making your heart heavy?

Old emotions… fears… experiences… beliefs… or something your soul simply knows it is time to release.

With Anubis as our guardian, we will allow what is ready to leave to gently fall away, bringing the heart back towards balance, lightness and truth.

We will then journey from the darkness of the ancient temple into the light, symbolising rebirth, renewal and a new beginning.
