I have always been a spiritual person, but for many years family life and raising my children naturally took centre stage. Now that my children are grown and following their own paths, I feel I have been given the space to embrace a part of myself that has always been waiting on the horizon.

My own healing journey has led me to become a Usui Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healer and Sacred Scent Star Healing™️ Practitioner. More recently, I have also begun working with animal healing and communication alongside Lisa at Willow Holistics, something I feel incredibly passionate about.

I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, supporting both people and animals in discovering how essential oils and natural wellness can be incorporated into everyday life in a safe, mindful and supportive way.

From my love of essential oils, nature and holistic wellbeing, I have created Moon & Moss — the aromatherapy side of my work. Through Moon & Moss, I will be sharing my passion for essential oils and offering relaxed, welcoming aromatherapy workshops, where you can learn more about the oils, how to use them and create beautiful products to take home with you.

I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to have been given the opportunity to work alongside Lisa at Willow Holistics and to continue developing my work with both people and animals.
