Are you ready to begin your own journey of healing and spiritual growth? My Reiki Level 1 (1st Degree) training is a truly transformative experience, offered either one-to-one or in a small, supportive group. Over the course of two sessions, I’ll gently guide you into the world of Reiki so you can confidently treat yourself, friends, and loved ones.
In Reiki Level 1, you’ll discover:
- The rich history and origins of Reiki
- How Reiki energy works and flows
- An overview of the chakra and endocrine systems
- Insights into the aura and basic energy sensing
- Positive ways of thinking and self-care techniques
- Spiritual development tools, including a 21-day cleanse
- How to treat yourself and others safely and compassionately
By the end of your training, you’ll receive a Reiki 1st Degree certificate and, more importantly, you’ll have opened the door to personal development, elevated spiritual awareness, and lifelong self-healing.
