Reiki Level 1
Reiki 1st Degree training takes place over two sessions.
At the end of this you will be able to treat your self, friends and family. This can be taught on a one to one basis or in small groups.

What Reiki is and how it works
Overview of the chakra and endocrine system
An introduction to the Aura and energy sensing
Creating a positive way of thinking

Reiki 1st Degree certificate
Reiki 1st Degree leads you into the beginning of your own personal development and growth. Raising spiritual and self awareness.

Reiki Level 2 Degree
Reiki 2nd Degree Training takes place over one day and once completed you will become a Reiki Practitioner, enabling you to work with paying clients.
Reiki 2nd Degree includes:
Continued Spiritual development and Self Healing
Developing your intuition and intent
Journey in personal growth and self discovery
Introduction and attunement to three Reiki symbols
Distant Healing and other methods of healing
Guidance in working as a practitioner and preparing your healing space
How to give a treatment
The Aura, Chakra’s and Endocrine system
Reiki 2nd Degree is a continuation of your Spiritual development. You will experience a deeper connection to your intuition and a rise in your vibrational frequency.
At the end of this training students are required to complete 3 case studies.
Once completed certificates are issued.

Reiki Advanced Master Practitioner
Reiki Master certification takes place over one day and is for those who have completed their 2nd Degree and now wish to advance and work with the Master energy.
You will develop your skills further by learning advanced techniques

Reiki Teacher Training
Reiki Teacher training is for those who have been working at Master Practitioner level and feel ready to teach others.
Learn how to attune others to Reiki Healing energy

I spent the day with Lisa doing a Level One Reiki healing course. It was a wonderful experience. Lisa is lovely and makes everything feel so relaxed , explains things clearly and is very hands on, demonstrating and helping every step of the way. I left feeling amazing after being attuned and being taught self-healing and hand moves for reiki healing. We learned so much. I would recommend to anyone with an interest in reiki who wants to learn more.
