A Guided Meditation with Cacao

On the evening of 31st October, join me at Mary’s Meadows as we honour the ancient spiritual tradition of Samhain — a time of transition, remembrance and new beginnings. 🍂🕯️

Traditionally, Samhain marked the turning of the seasons and was believed to be a time when the veil between worlds was at its thinnest.

Together, we’ll begin by sharing cacao, opening our hearts and creating a beautiful sacred space before being guided on a journey through the veil. 🤎✨

This will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and honour those who have walked before us. Within the meditation, you’ll be gently invited to connect with the memory or presence of loved ones in spirit, ancestors or guides in whatever way feels meaningful to you.

There is never anything you have to see, feel or experience. Come exactly as you are and simply allow your own journey to unfold.

Please bring a chair or mat, blanket, pillow, journal and pen and wrap up comfortably for the evening.
