Join me for a beautiful and deeply connecting meditation as we journey into the Hall of Ancestors — a sacred space where you’ll be invited to connect with the wisdom, love and strength of those who came before you.

As you enter the Hall, allow yourself to simply receive. You may become aware of a particular ancestor, an ancestral guide, a feeling, a memory, a symbol or a message. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey — simply allow whatever comes forward for you. 🤍
